For the money, hop to at least the S25 Ultra. You should be able to get pretty good deals right about now. The S22 series has received its last major update and will be unsupported with security patches until early 2027. I has the Note 20 Ultra, and dumped it for the S22 Ultra, but now have a Fold 7 and am in heaven. My friend has the Note 20 and hates it because she sees the nicer features of the updates to Android and the less bulky nature of the newer phones. I told her that if she didn't use the stylus, save a bundle and just get the non Ultra S25. She's ordered a Flip 7 instead, which is a very nice phone at a pretty decent size when open.

S25 Ultra with free double storage (512GB) is currently on sale at Samsung for $850. That's an amazing price!

Keep in mind that's without a trade-in. If you trade in a phone, they take the trade allowance off the regular price of the phone. There's no more stacking deals like there used to be.
