How to find lost phone when it's even off

Hi everyone I lost my phone note 20 ultra 

It's off and didn't set any offline finding settings 

But I have the IMEI number and my Google account is there too 

Any one to help me how to track it while it's off or someone to track it for me

If you didn't set offline finding, then the best that can be done is to show you the last known location.  The only way it can be tracked is that if someone found it, charged it and turned it on.  Although, I am not sure it would be trackable if the phone had been reset.
