I have a Versa3 and a fitbit app. My fitbit frequently unsyncs itself from my phone. I tried to sync again under my Bluetooth, but just says I need an App. Of course I have the fitbit app.
Then there are times it magically resyncs. I've checked all my do not disturb features and that's not the problem.
I have a question, have you ever Bluetooth it to another phone? The reason I asked, is because I had a watch, that was Bluetoothed to my iPhone, but if the iPhone was on, I couldn't pair to my Galaxy phone.
