So I purchased my Note9 back in 2018 and I've had this Note9 for almost 6 years now I like the feature device protection with the McAfee feature Built-in But now it does not work it doesn't even show up anymore device protection is there any way there is a cure for this ? Device Care
Since the device is 6 years old, and new devices are protected by Knox, it is likely the agreement they had with McAfee for included protection has expired as your phone is out of the support window. The newer phones offer Knox protection with an optional (paid) subscription to McAfee. You can still download a protection app for your phone.

Did you update your McAfee app. In any case, that is a McAfee problem, and you have to contact them. The contact info should be in the "about" section of the app.
