Galaxy Note PhonesSince the device is 6 years old, and new devices are protected by Knox, it is likely the agreement they had with McAfee for included protection has expired as your phone is out of the support window. The newer phones offer Knox protection with an optional (paid) subscription to McAfee. You can still download a protection app for your phone.

Galaxy Note PhonesDid you update your McAfee app. In any case, that is a McAfee problem, and you have to contact them. The contact info should be in the "about" section of the app.
