Isn't it funny how out of all the US population... most use Samsung, and yet, not many people install Samsung members... and it also seems whoever does install the app seems to be only the smartest and the dumbest of Samsung users... (most of the time, people know how to request help)

It is my understanding that the Members app comes installed on all Samsung U.S. phones.  I never downloaded it, it was just there.  Maybe many people discover it later or were told by Samsung CS to look for answers here.
