Gallery unable to sync OneDrive changes

Hello. 

I encountered an issue. When I moved some photos in OneDrive through PC, the changes won't be synced to phone's Gallery. I tried to check every possible place to resolve the issue but it still persists. OneDrive has no issue as the changes reflected on my other devices in which OneDrive were logged on. But it just won't get to my phone Gallery. 

Any suggestions?

Have your tried toggling it to off and back on?

Looks like the last sync occurred on 12/23. Check the albums to sync setting too.

I'm having issues with the changes I make showing up in gallery on Android. At least they show in my Google photos app
