I don't know! I think they might be a type of Clematis. They're so pretty. I saw them on a walk yesterday

Beautiful Clematis flowers. Vibrant purple hues. Great composition. I see above the photo you mentioned utilizing some sort of filtering. I would have loved to have seen the original untouched version.

I like the natural beauty but I also like to see what else I can do filters. I love the opportunity to explore all the different options. However I do prefer natural beauty over filters most of the time.
