Somehow my sweat & water resistant ear buds are wet on the inside & somehow it's not covered under the warranty. That is definitely a defect from Samsung and I shouldn't have to pay for the repair of said defect.

Water resistance had NEVER been covered under warranty

If they are water resistant then it isn't possible for anything to get in there with normal wear. I get better customer service from temu

Water resistant has NEVER meant waterproof - for any product, ever. Eayer6proof and water resistant are two completely different things. Water damage is not covered under warranty, as it is considered incidental damage to whatever malfunctioned
Incidental damage from a failed, covered part is never part of a warranty.

Doesn't matter whether you do or don't; if you don't know the difference between waterproof and water resistant, and don't know how to read and interpret warranties, no product is going to be satisfactory to you.

They've never been in a situation where they could even got wet except the sweat in my ear which proves they are not sweat resistant but since you're so smart you already know that!

Wait, you think sweat isn't wet? Even if the "sweat resistance" failed, only the failed part (the seal) would be covered. Not the incidental damage the wetness caused. This is true of any product that claims sweat resistance, water resistance, etc. Even waterproof has degrees or levels. That's why there are ratings.
