Earbuds are no longer part of the Galaxy Wearable app because Samsung moved their settings to the native Bluetooth menu after a recent update of One UI 8 so you now manage features like noise cancellation and touch settings directly in your phone's Bluetooth settings under the connected device, not the app. The primary solution is finding them in Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Gear Icon next to your earbuds.

Galaxy Buds@jjk901 After UI 8, the ear buds do not appear in the Wearable app. See the article from Samsung -> https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10007054/
The Galaxy Buds controls have moved from the Galaxy Wearable app to your phone's Bluetooth settings when running One UI 8 on your connected phone.
