Yes, I can help with that! If you’ve replaced one of your Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro (in this case, the left earbud), and it won’t sync with the other one, the issue is likely that the earbuds haven't paired with each other yet. When you replace one earbud, you typically need to reset and resync both buds so they recognize each other as a pair.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to get your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to connect together:

🔄 Step 1: Insert Both Buds into the Case

Make sure both earbuds (left and right) are placed in the charging case.

Close the li and wait about 10 seconds, then open it again.

🔌 Step 2: Check Battery

Ensure both earbuds and the case have enough battery.

A low battery can prevent syncing.

⚙️ Step 3: Reset the Galaxy Buds (Re-pair them)

Since one bud is new, a factory reset will force them to pair again.

Method via Galaxy Wearable app:

Connect your Galaxy Buds to your phone (if at least one is connecting).

Open the Galaxy Wearable app.

Go to Earbud settings > Reset earbuds.

Confirm the reset. This will erase previous pairing and re-pair both buds.

If only one bud is showing up in the app, proceed to the manual pairing method below.

🔧 Step 4: Manual Pairing (Re-Sync the Buds Together)

If resetting from the app doesn’t help (or isn't possible because one bud isn’t showing up):

Put both buds in the case.

Leave the case open.

Touch and hold both touchpads on the buds at the same time for at least 10 seconds.

The LED indicator in the case may flash—this indicates syncing.

Wait about 30 seconds.

Remove and try reconnecting to your phone.

🆘 If That Doesn't Work:

If you've followed all these steps and they still won’t sync, it might be because:

The replacement bud is not the same firmware version as the original.

The replacement may be from a different region or model variant.

It could be faulty or incompatible.

In this case, contact Samsung Support, or go to a Samsung Service Center to have them sync the buds professionally. They can often update firmware and pair replacements.

Would you like me to walk you through checking the firmware version on each bud?

Unfortunately, Samsung doesn’t allow individual bud firmware updates through the app — both need to be recognized as a pair. So your best path forward is to bring them to a Samsung service location so they can manually update and sync the replacement bud.

Would you like help finding a nearby Samsung service center or checking your warranty/serial number options?
