The device keeps flashing red. I put the charger in and it won't go away. I've kept holding down the button below to search for another pairing and it still doesn't do anything... Someone help me! And it's not charging either. 😔
The device? Is flashing red? I believe that happened to me once (although I think it was the case was flashing red) turned out it had to do with moisture. I cleaned the contacts in the case with a cotton swab and cleaned the buds with a cloth. I left the buds out and left the case open for a couple of hours and the problem resolved. Hope this helps.
