Reading out notifications

So i turned on read aloud notifications but when that notification comes through it doesnt work. I dont know if using talkback is conflicting with it. How do i fix this?

@Shadohh After enabling "Read notifications aloud" did you enable it for the specific app, or Allow all?

Also if you click on the specific app, it often has options such as read a summary or read entire content.
