Pro 3 no sound when connected to S25 Ultra

Connects fine with my S25Ultra Bluetooth but I can't hear anything. Tried disconnecting and reconnect - without success. 

Please help...

Have you tested them with another phone?

If this does not help, the earbuds will need to be serviced.
