Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with you Galaxy Buds 2 pro sensor not working, and I would be happy to assist you further. I would recommend resetting your buds as this will set your buds back to factory default. If you have tried resetting your buds and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
