Help what app do I need for the translator to work with my samsung buds pro3

On my list its towards the bottom has a big a in box next to interpreter

1 Swipe down on your screen to access your Quick Panel and tap on Interpreter.

2 Tap on Menu.

3 Tap on Listening mode.

4 Tap on the language to change.

5 Choose your preferred language.

6 Tap on mic button to start translating.

Not able to find a way to send a link just that should be in your quick panel

Found it in search bar on phone type in interpreter and takes you to it

What phone do you have? I have a Samsung Note 20, and I also can not find the Interpreter icon. I'm wondering if you have the same phone.
