Galaxy buds core - hold for assistant broken

I have the Galaxy buds core. When I hold my right earbud it should bring up the assistant. It works the first time, but if you try it again the setting changes back to ANC toggle. If I go back into settings I have to reselect assistant. It will work once again, but again we'll change back to ANC/off toggle. Is this a bug?

This is the option it defaults back to. After I use assistant one time I have to go back into the wearables app and change it back. It happens every time

Then why are you selling them on Amazon in the US?

I am not selling them. I don't work for Samsung. This is a user to user discussion area.

The posts that I see on Amazon clearly state "Latin American stock".
