Galaxy buds 3 Pro cannot manually switch between phone and laptop

I have the Galaxy buds 3 Pro paired to an Acer laptop and 2 Galaxy phones.

I know auto switching is possible only between Samsung devices.

So I find it normal that I have to manually switch between phone and laptop.

But it won't connect to the phone even when I press the Connect button manually in the Wearable app.

Basicaly I have every time to unpair the laptop in order for the phone to connect.

Is this normal?
