Galaxy Buds Pro 2 not connecting

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy buds pro 2. They will not sync with 25 Ultra. I have been having this issue for about a week now. It has been intermittent but most of the time they will not connect. I have tried to resync them but nothing works. When I put them in my ear, I can hear the two dings that verify they are on and "synced". However, I get no playback and they don't show up on the phone. When I try connecting, my phone says cannot connect.

I think it might be the case that is not responding.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy Buds 2 Pro not connecting to your S25 Ultra. In order to better assist you, are you running on One UI 8?

 

Also, are you connecting your buds in the settings on your phone?

I have just updated to the latest UI this morning.

I have two sets of buds pro 2. One will connect, the other will not. Both are fully charged. When I try connecting via settings, one connects right away. The other set, gives me a message saying "can't connect to bud pro2"

Thank you for that information. So in order to clarify, can you please answer the following questions:

 

1.Are you unpairing the first set of buds before trying to pair the second pair:?

2.Have you tried the buds on another device to see if you still experience these symptoms?

3. Are you getting any error messages when trying to pair the Galaxy Buds 2 pro or is the error message you are receiving: "can't connect to bud pro2"?

4. Have you tried resetting the buds or letting the buds die, then trying to re-pair them to your phone?

I do not have both paired at the same time. I have unpaired the buds that won't connect. The can't connect error is the only error I get and that is because it's trying to connect to the pair of buds that will connect. It's like my phone or bids just stopped communicating with each other.

Thank you for letting me know they aren't connected at the same time. Have you tried connecting your buds to another device to see if you experience the same symptoms?

I've tried connecting to my laptop with no luck.

Both pairsir of buds were working on Friday. Now they are not. The first set says it's connected for calls and audio but no sound is heard through them. The second set, won't show up on the phone at all.
