Galaxy BudsOne ear could likely take a different size.
On reddit I read someone would wipe their earbuds with some saliva before inserting them in the motorcycle group. My assumption is they helps them to slide in further and generate more friction on pulling out. But also lack of hydrated skin tends to give my fingers less grip, so could also lend to that.
I usually clean my tips before inserting also. Once or twice a week will use isopropyl to clean everything including the case. Do the same with a Qtip and isopropyl sometimes. Much more when greasy food or taking omega-3 for some reason omega-3 causes me to produce more ear wax.
If you moisturize, do it after inserting the buds.

Galaxy Buds@sandyd58 Have you tried all 3 different sizes of the ear pads that come with the Buds 3 plus?
If none of those work, I would look at the foam tips offered by Comply foam https://www.complyfoam.com/collections/samsung I use those on my ear buds and love them.
