Galaxy BudsThis is the second Galaxy Buds 3 Iโve received with the exact same problem, all within 7 days. On Wednesday, August 19th, I received the first one, identified the issue, and quickly returned it.
On Saturday, August 23rd, I received a replacement.
After a workout session, my earbuds simply wonโt charge inside the case, even though the case itself is at 100% battery. The case keeps blinking red and, according to the manual, that indicates a problem. And it really is one: my earbuds wonโt charge.
As usual, after training, I removed the earbuds from my ears and carefully dried them with a soft, completely dry cloth. I even removed the ear tips to dry that area as well, and I left the earbuds outside the case for a while.
I realized this is actually an extremely common issue with the Galaxy Buds 3 (pro and non-pro). Samsung is aware of it and apparently doesnโt care to fix it once and for all. There are threads from months ago, all around the world, reporting the same issue โ and to this day Samsung hasnโt reviewed the productโs engineering to solve it. The product is IP57 certified, and yet I canโt sweat while wearing them without them refusing to charge afterward? Itโs unbelievable that a multimillion-dollar company canโt fix such a simple engineering flaw in a product that costs between $150 and $200.
Iโve had several earbuds from other brands, and none of them ever had this kind of problem.
In short, Samsung should be ashamed of selling a product like this.
