Galaxy Bud Pros are trash. Long time Samsung user recommends migrating to another ecosystem

I tried to reach out to Samsung to provide some feedback on the poor quality design and behaviors of the Galaxy Bud Pros and their supporting software. I was met with tons of pushback, arguments, lies and just disregard for trying to be helpful. Hung up on multiple times, told that I would need to download an app to provide that feedback, even though the website doesn't mention anything like that.

I'd highly recommend moving away from the ecosystem and I'll be doing that with my dozen or so samsung devices in this wonderful year. If you have any suggestions for other environments that have done you well, I'd be interested. I've already got a solution for the earbuds, check out the Jabra Elite 4 (even the 3 is better than any Samsung buds if you can find it). Unfortunately, best I can tell Jabra doesn't have an ecosystem but far better quality earbuds for far less money. But if you've got phone, watch, other wearables, tablet, or even appliance suggestions for other ecosystems, shoot me a post.

Thanks.

Jbl, and soundcore are great. I think sound is subjective and i like my Samsung fe earbuds the best, but runner up is jbl.

Just so you know, JBL is owned by Samsung, although they are a wholly separate entity.

You don't need to keep your earbuds in the Samsung ecosystem.  You can use whatever brand you want.  Jabra is certainly affordable, durable and has excellent sound quality. The only things you really need to keep within the ecosystem is the watch and phone; and only if you want to utilize all the features of the watch and the health app.

Which have been very handy. Unfortunately, the terrible experience of trying to provide some feedback to Samsung has turned me away from the whole brand. I've been edging closer since thier product dominance started to fall, but knowing that support is terrible turns me further away. I'll be replacing each piece as they need upgrading with a different ecosystem for sure.
