Buds pro 2 not connecting to phone

Today, after updating my Buds 2 Pro, they won't connect to my phone at all. Any suggestion?

@Nonop After the update there has been a change. The earbuds no longer appear in the Wearable app. They will only show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. 

Now, you go to phone settings -> Connections -> Bluetooth. Click on the gear to the right of the buds. Here you will find all the settings that were in the Wearable app.

Why would they not show in the Wearable app?
I just updated the Buds 2 and they still show in the app. I can use the circled icon to switch between my watch and earbuds. 1753899203577.jpg

I don't know the why, but that is what has happened.

Thank you for clarifying. I thought the OP was referring to an update for the Buds, not the OS.

@spirited75 Well, I had UI 8 but only noticed the movement of the controls after I did the firmware update on the Buds 2 Pro yesterday. So maybe it takes both pieces. 

[Update] I connected my Buds 2 Pro to my S25 Ultra running UI 7. The Buds 2 Pro do show up in the Wearable app but the controls also appear in the Bluetooth settings menu.

Im glad that you asked this question because my earbuds pro show up but my EF buds dont.

Mine won't connect at all via Bluetooth. I have unpaired it from my phone, and now it's not showing up.

@Nonop Have you tried forcing the Buds 2 Pro into pairing mode? 

To do this:

  1. Place both earbuds inside the case in their correct spots.
  2. Close the lid to the case, and then reopen it.
  3. With the earbuds still in the case, touch and hold the touchpad on each earbud at the same time for three seconds until the lights on the case flash.
  4. Once the lights flash, the earbuds are in pairing mode.
