Buds Pro: Right ear makes a high pitched shriek

So unhappy with these ear buds. First off, had to have them returned to be refurbished about 6 months ago and now the right creates a high pitched shriek every few seconds. These are supposed to be premium but are a waste of money. So disappointed.
