Every single time I'm in ANC and playing music, it either makes the ANC worse on one side, and when I stop the music, the ANC volume comes back to normal.
My fit and eartip size is good; just the ANC fluctuates and gets worse on one side.
Run the diagnostics for your earbuds available in the Support tab here in the Members app. You can then also create and submit feedback to Samsung tech support about your problem and the diagnostic results.
