Unpair the buds from your Bluetooth list and repair them if not clear the cache in your Bluetooth settings or you can reset network settings and this will clear the entire Bluetooth list
Also I forgot if another device has priority over another or say you have your Bluetooth on is trying to connect to a Bluetooth speaker your automobile and your earbuds going to Bluetooth going to settings and turn off audio or calls for that specific device then it will connect to that device quicker so say your car you want calls turn audio off earbuds calls off audio on
