I need help, is there a way of getting the amplify ambient sound to work while listening to music or watching a video/reel? Ive tried things that have been suggested but ive had no luck, any help is appreciated thank you.
I believe the amplify ambient sound is for when you just need a boost in hearing sounds around you, like when you are in a theater or perhaps watching TV with others and don't want to turn the sound up. I could be wrong. To me, if amplify ambient sound is on and your ear buds have ambient mode turned on, you should have amplified ambient sound. If you have noise cancelling on, it would not amplify the ambient sound, as one cancels out the other and there would be no ambient sound to amplify. If you are not using ANC and you have ambient mode on and amplify ambient sound, perhaps your music volume is too loud.
