android.process.media keeps stopping continues to pop up

It keeps popping up after clicking every button they provided. I did send to diagnostic 2 times. I tried to force stop the app, didn't work. What is going on cause this is annoying.

Try booting your phone into safe mode and see if the problem still occurs. You've likely installed some malicious third-party software causing your problem which isn't allowed to run in safe mode. If things are better in safe mode you will need to determine which app is causing the problem and uninstall it.
