Zfold 7 stuttering while streaming

Anyone else having stuttering issues when it comes to watching movies/shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and prime?

Folds seem to have alot of problems

Seems like a connectivity problem. Does this happen on Wi-Fi as well as mobile data?

Yes both. And when I get notifications it also makes it stutter pretty bad

Within the Samsung Members app, find the tab label Support at the bottom and go through all the Diagnostic tests. Let me know if any fail.

Just tested and everything came back normal aside from the charger and wireless charger because I'm not near one at the moment. But it's weird because I had a s25 ultra and had 0 issues. And even my iPhone 15 pro max right now has 0 issues when watching anything. It's just the fold

Have you alway had this issue since setting up your phone, or is this new? You definitely shouldn't be experiencing any shuttering/lag.

Yeah it's been this way since the beginning. And it's not like a crazy stutter, but enough to drive me crazy

Has this been resolved? I have been experiencing the same issues on my Fold 7.

This issue was fixed by a good 95% since one ui8 was launched, this stuttering/playback issue has been going on for close to 8 years now. It's also annoying because it happens every 5 to 20 seconds streaming any movie or any TV show on any app. I did some research and I keep seeing the same thing over and over, lower the refresh rate to 60, but it doesn't make a difference if you hold your finger on the screen while watching any movie, you'll see it's fixed but who wants to do that
