It may if there is enough demand and feedback and if Samsung develops a satisfactory solution for its integration. Right now, fold 7 does not support a Spen to maintain a thinner design.
I had the S23 Ultra before upgrading to my Fold 7. Missed the S Pen for about 2 days, out of habit, I think. Really don't see the need for one now, but agree it should be an option that is sold separately, saving a little money for those of us who don't care.
