The fold 6 special edition is China only and doest even support the S-pen. The regular fold 6 doesn't have a silo because the S-Pen is too thick to be integrated into the device.
I honestly don't think the S-pen will ever be built into the phone since people want thin devices and adding the s-pen inside of the phone would make the phone thicker
