What do you mean won't show wifi options? Do you mean you don't see any networks? Run a diagostic on your phone. Diagnostics can be found in your device care settings. If all the hardware comes up with no issues, reset the network (wifi and Bluetooth settings. If the network hardware comes up bad, you will have to have the phone evaluated and seeviced

All it shows is searching networks but nothing shows to connect to

Yes it just show its searching and nothing shows

Try resetting the networks settings/general management/reset/reset wifi and Bluetooth settings. Did you recently have an update?
