Fold & Flip PhonesI called the number above and was informed they cant help or provide an email address, that I had to text Samsung. I have been dealing with this problem for over a year and I'm extremely frustrated. Please help.

You have to specifically ask for tech support, or you end up with customer service, and they know nothing about tech. However, the easiest way is to use text support through the Members app.

Update: thank you all for the help. I chat with Support through the Members app, and was informed i had to create a new Samsung account. I am replying from the new account, and will be starting fresh.
