I tried using the new Summarize feature for voice recordings, but the summary is soooo long. Especially compared to what similar tools/apps can do.
Suggestions:
The summary needs to be much more concise and not break it up by timestamp.
It should be by topics/theme, which would help simplify and shorten the summary.
Please also have it so that it just automatically transcribes in the spoken language. It kept asking me what language to transcribe, which was a confusing experience.
Agreed! This is something where I'll instead pull the transcript out and give it to a different AI tool to give a much clearer summary. Would love to see this improved or even if there were just options for summary length/style, that'd be great.
