Visual Voicemail not working on Z fold 7

So love the z fold 7 however this is really annoying the built-in visual voicemail app is not able to display or play new Voicemail. Settings work as well as the new count but that's it. Even T-Mobile visual voicemail app doesn't seem to work. Is there any basic testing happening? For now I'm forwarding voicemail to email so I can play it...

--Update this is resolved with July Security Update and other fixes that just pushed to unlocked devices.

Voicemail (and visual voicemail capability) is a carrier issue. You'll have to contact them. Could be that the VVM app isn't optimized for One UI 8/Android 16.

When I bought my phone, I paid in full, so I don't think it's a carrier issue.

Your carrier still provides voicemail service. The hardware is just a means to access it.
