Unknown gadget that came with new case

Just bought a new case for my phone and it came with this gadget in the pic. Anyone know what this is please? Thanks in advance.

I believe it's extra spen tips with a duck to change or remove the old one.

@Alun As @Mark7com said, these are extra S Pen nibs and the tool to extract them. If you look at the flyer that came in the box, you will see some photos demonstrating it's use.
