I am a long time customer with Samsung having purchased multiple Samsung products over the years dating back to the original galaxy devices. I recently noticed my Z Fold 5 screen was lifting off and sent it in for repair. 1 full month later I still haven't had any updates regarding my case and it has been supposedly escalated at least 2 or 3 times now. The customer service team has hung up me several times even when I wasn't being rude at all and they didn't call back. There also isn't a way to directly contact the repair center and of course there's also never a manager or supervisor available to speak with. They keep saying a manager will give me a call within 24 hours. I intended on trading in my Z Fold 5 for the new Z Fold 7 but I still haven't gotten it back. And if the device isn't sent in to the trade in center by Aug 7th, 2025, Samsung will charge me a additional $900 for not receiving a trade in device which ironically is already within a Samsung entity possession. This company is getting worse with how they treat their own customers. And sadly at least in the US we only have a limited amount of phone manufacturers we can buy from and get continued support. This blows, especially giving that Samsung charges huge amounts for their devices and services.
