Secure Folder requires lock screen protection in order to access feature

I have a settings question... This has been a back and forth thing for me. I used to be able to have my Secure Folder password protected without having to have any kind of Lock Screen Security. Get a new device, now I need Lock Screen security. My last two devices, I've been able to have my Secure Folder password protected without Lock Screen Wecurity. Just got the Fold 7 and now I need Lock Screen security again. How can I go back to just have it password protected without Lock Screen Security? What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Yeah they removed that option and its unknown if they will add it back.

Why Samsung took off the option Auto lock secure folder every time exit of the app.

Now only have :

When screen turns off

After 5 

After 10 

 30

When phone restart

THE BEST OOTION WAS EVERY TIME YOU EXIT

Who knows. They are really just trying to upset their users I guess. I am also VERY frustrated with them removing that option too.

I don't see an issue with this. Turning off screen is as good as existing the app.

When u send files to that folder u don't want anyone find it, so if we set 5 minutes and forgot to turn screen off in that 5 minutes your phone can be lost or stolen

Where are the Samsung admins that check in from time to time in here? Any input? Any help that can be offered? Any suggestions? ANYTHING?
