Samsung Z Flip 4 Known Screen Issue

My Dearest Samsung,

After perusing this forum, I am finding that the left hinge causing lines in the screen happens with and without physical damage. I have had my Flip 4 for two years now, so I am out of Samsung's warranty. I had my phone fixed at an authorized dealer back in March to the tune of $350. Now, Ubreakifix is refusing to honor their warranty, citing that "Samsung will charge us back for this part because they will deem this physical damage, even though it is a known issue with this model." 

Samsung, would someone care to explain to me why this issue was fixed in the model 5 and 6, and it is a well documented and well known issue with the model 4, but Samsung refuses to fix it? Also, would someone mind explaining to me why Ubreakifix is saying they will be charged back because of your policies, even though there is ZERO physical damage to the phone?

I would be ever so grateful if someone would contact me in regards to this issue, or would at least guarantee Ubreakifix that they won't be charged for the part if they honor their warranty.
