Referral code issue when trying to purchase zflip7

When I try to purchase zflip7 I get a message that pops up saying advocate can not use this referral code. I'm not try to use a code. Cleared cache and tried multiple times. Is the shop app site down?

I ended up having to delete the shop app and reinstall then it worked.
