Now mind you when i go into settings and about phone..... its shows im using sim 1 snd sim 2 is available...... but as you have read above something is going on. And yes i have tried to locate things in my settings, ex sim 2, secondary, hidden etc.... nothing comes up. So any help would greatly be appreciated.
Dan so I believe I finally figured it out. they have me under business. my end user cert agreement my knox security agreement it's all business some how which has allowed someone to get in and access and remotely access my whole system. so every time u have called and said what has been going on and have been told that's impossible or that can't happen... I have "finally" smarten" up and started taking screen shots of everything. they are doing a full investigation. ty for being the ONLY PERSON THAT BELIEVED ME AND WAS READY TO HELP!!!!! yes thats what mine shows as well but than i get pop up stating im not allowed in a site and to ask my admin or i.t. if you do not mind...... ill send you what i put i found and what i believe to be wrong with my phone/service.... no mind you i have had this issue for the past 3 1/2 years and when i explained to people what the issue was..... i was told that ... that is impossible, that cant happen etc. ir in laymens terms customer service was calling me a liar. at least thats how i took it (sorry for the story). but than i took screen shots. so im gonna send you a few if you dont mind.... if you do just let me know, i wont take offense ๐
Dan well I have downloaded the samsung cloud on my phone and instead of seeing the samsung cloud app a have the react app and as i was just typing this my phone took a screen shot of what I was typing. and I downloaded the cloud from the samsung member site. I am not a developer. I sm just a consumer but my phone will allow me to go into certain sites and I can modify platforms which by the way I have no clue how to do. any suggestions?
