Fold & Flip PhonesHello Alecmm88, Thank you for being part of the Community. We understand the concern with the Flip 5 overheating and being laggy.
Try completing the steps posted under Best Practices after an Update: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871 These include steps such as clearing the cache partition, testing in Safe Mode, and resetting the phone.
Make sure all the apps and phone are fully updated.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful or the phone is getting too warm to touch, service is recommended.
