It works fine most of the time, but if I fold the phone partially and reopen it it bugs out and starts not responding. It'll touch and hold random spots around the screen. But if I fold it completely closed and then open, it works fine.
Visit the support tab of the members app and run diagnostics on your device.
You will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.
Hopefully you have purchased Care+ for your foldable device. While foldables are more durable than ever, they are emergent tech and are still more prone to mechanical failure than traditional slab phones.
As such, anyone who intends to daily-drive a foldable should also have Care+.
