Home screen rotate to landscape mode is greyed out

I have auto rotate enabled, cache is cleared. I tried turning off developer options as well. Phone is no longer auto rotating and this happened sometime within recent updates. Is there a fix?

Are you using DIY Home Screen? It doesn't work with landscape.
