Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of your phone not answering a call automatically, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. In order to better assist you, do you have automatically answer calls turned on in your phones settings?
Do you have "answer automatically" turned on? Open the phone app, go to settings/answering and ending calls and check that the slider is off for answer automatically. If this setting is on, when you are connected to a BT device, like your car or earbuds, the phone won't ring and the call will be answered automatically. This should not happen if you are not connected, but mught if you have a connected watch (haven't checked it out).
