For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Lastly you can submit a bug report via the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send

yesterday in
Fold & Flip Phonestook mine in to the authorized dealer today, after starting the warranty process on my phone. The guy said it was denied due to small ding on the phone. the ding voids all warranty. My phone is 4 months old, with a ding on the right side, and its the left side that has gone dark. the insurance i have is $400 deductible. very frustrating.
