So I have a fold six and just downloaded one ui8 Android 16 and now with my phone app open and my fold open the keypad, recent & contacts are in the left hand upper corner where they were below the keypad.
My thumb didn't grow overnight another 6 in to be able to use this feature.
If you have it closed it's at the bottom like it's supposed to be for a one-handed operation
Anybody else experiencing this?
Contacted Samsung after an hour and 10 minutes texting and then connecting to my phone they said to report it.
Because you can't change the phone app once you update it. It has to be done by Samsung on an update.
I'm glad I found this forum. I have tried in vain to revert back to the previous phone dialer. I think that new dialer format is just plain dumb. Would be nice to let you have the choice in placement. Plus it's just plain ugly. If the color matched dark mode AND it didn't off center the dialpad, it would have been OK. Just another example of fixing something that wasn't broke.
