Fold 5 unfixed issue.

Myself and several others have been stuck using our Fold 5s on 4G preferred network for a year now. No fix, no acknowledgement of the issue. The 5G modem being used creates a scenario of a random restart every 5-15 minutes while using 5G. Only solution for over a year now is to set preference of network to 4G. 
Why can I not get answer, a repair, a replacement? I represent Samsung and have for over a decade. 
PLEASE, anyone of importance at Samsung, help me.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your Galaxy Fold 5 being stuck on the 4G network. In order to better assist you can you please provide me with any troubleshooting steps you have tried as to not repeat them?

Sure, I've honestly done everything possible.
I'm tired of resetting my phone and I'm tired of hoping the next software update will fix it just to turn 5G back on and have my phone start crashing again.

Thank you for that information. Have you went to your carrier and had them check your settings or have you sent your device in for service?

It's not settings needing changed, nor did I purchase this device through a carrier. This is apparently a physical issue when the 5g modem is being utilized. The others with this issue have spoken about this online in forums such as reddit for a year now. I've tried reaching out to Samsung support just to be put in circles cycling through chat agents with no conversation being made.
