So out of nowhere the cover screen stopped turning on. Except the touch screen still responds. I'm so confused she have no idea what to do. Amy suggestions would be appreciated
Run diagnostics in the support tab of the Members app. You will likely need to visit a certified samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and make any necessary repairs.
They probably damaged the outer screen ribbon cable, then. Take it back and make sure they fix it for free. Also, a month is way too long to replace the screen. My friend took his fold 4 in and they replaced the inner screen within a few hours. Under warranty, at ubreakifix
While the repair process was happening, I'm pretty sure they damaged the ribbon cable of the cover display. You're gonna have to go back with an aggressive attitude. And tell those idiots, they're going to have to fix it. And it has to be for free because they created additional damages. I remember when I sent my Fold 4 it came back with the frame bent, and they ended up replacing it after I got my rear cameras repaired.
