I am from south Korea.

I came to Latvia for vacation 

I was in Samsung store, but there was no blue 512 version.

1) If I order it now at the Samsung latvia site, where can I take it?

2) when I am going to take it, can I apply tax refund?

3) If I can't take it, will there be refund?
