Dear Samsung, 

The Zoom app's front camera continues to blur the background even with the "none" background option selected. 

I'm using the latest app version, and the problem seems to be related to One UI 7; it doesn't occur on One UI 6.1 devices or Apple devices. 

Could you please investigate this issue? 

I submitted an error report with logs 
This will be the third time I've submitted during the course of the beta program. Hope this can be fixed in the next round.

Weā€™ve reviewed your report with our R&D team, and at this time, there is no log data related to the front camera operation included in your submission. Unfortunately, without relevant logs or a detailed video of the issue occurring, itā€™s difficult for the team to pinpoint and analyze the exact root cause of the problem.

If the issue persists, we kindly ask that you reproduce the problem, capture a screen recording or short video demonstrating the behavior, and submit a new error report including logs captured at that time. This will significantly help in the investigation and resolution of the issue.

I sent with a video clip and logs while using Zoom jist now. Hopefully this can now be addressed. Thank you.
